Our Quality System is built around the following objectives:

1	We will supply quality products at competitive prices.
2	Our customers and suppliers will be treated in a professional, efficient and courteous manner at all times.
3	Telephones will be answered promptly by knowledgeable staff.
4	All orders and enquires received before 3:00 pm will be dealt with the same day.
5	Confirmed orders received before 1:00 pm will be dispatched before the end of the day.
6	Orders will be inspected twice prior to despatch to guard against picking errors.
7	We guarantee to give 100% effort towards personal service and customer satisfaction.

To ensure we are providing you with the level of service you expect, and as part of our ISO 9001:2000 quality system,
we have designed specific feedback forms for our suppliers and customers.
